All of our glass tables are made of high-quality, tempered glass (heat and impact resistant). This ensures the products are both durable and safe.

2. How to mount glass paintings on the wall?

Our products come with special hanging brackets. Complete installation instructions are included for easy wall mounting. No additional equipment is required.

3. Do you make custom designs?

Yes. We create custom glass art designs based on your needs. Contact us for custom sizes, visuals, or designs featuring your brand logo.

4. When will my order be shipped?

Standard products are generally prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days . For custom orders, this time may vary from 3-7 business days depending on the product details .

5. My product arrived broken, what should I do?

We ship our products in specially protected packaging, but in rare cases, damage may occur due to shipping. In this case , simply prepare a report upon delivery and contact us with photos. A free replacement will be sent.

6. Which cargo company do you work with?

We work with reliable shipping companies across Türkiye. Your tracking number will be sent to you after your order.

7. Do I have the right to return or exchange?

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days , provided the product is undamaged and unused. For personalized products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
